為確保產品質素及消費者安全，康維他™現正對以下特定批次的 MEDIHONEY™ 醫療級抗菌蜂蜜軟膏 (25克/50克) 進行預防性自願回收。
受影響批次號碼：2326、2340、2429、2433
回收原因
是次回收源於製造商發現個別批次包裝可能存在完整性問題，或有機會影響產品無菌狀態。此乃預防性措施，至今我們並未收到任何相關投訴或不良反應報告。至今尚未收到任何有關受影響批次的產品投訴。其他批次的康維他™傷口凝膠或任何康維他™產品均不受影響。
如果您持有受影響批次的產品：
- 請立即停止使用。
- 凡於康維他™官方銷售渠道 (專門店/專櫃/官方網站) 購買的受影響產品，請於 2026年3月1日至4月30日期間，攜同受影響產品及購買記錄，前往指定康維他™專門店辦理退款手續。(官方網站購買之顧客請先聯絡康維他客戶服務部)

To ensure product quality and consumer safety, Comvita™ is currently conducting a preventive voluntary recall of the following specific batches of MEDIHONEY™ Wound Gel (25g / 50g).
Affected batch numbers: 2326, 2340, 2429, 2433
Reason for Recall
This recall is initiated by the manufacturing partner’s discovery of potential packaging integrity issues in certain batches, which could potentially affect the product's sterility. This is a preventive measure, and to date, we have not received any related complaints or reactions. No product complaints have been reported in relation to the affected batches to date. No other batches of Comvita™ Wound Gel, or any other Comvita™ products, are affected.
If You Have Products from the Affected Batches:
- Discontinue use of the affected product.
- For products purchased through official Comvita™ Channels in Hong Kong (physical stores/department store counters/official website), please bring the affected batch(es) together with proof of purchase to a designated Comvita™ store for processing refunds between 1st March to 30th April 2026. (Customers purchasing from the official website please contact Comvita™ Customer Service Department first)
